The “She’s an Engineer” profiles are a unique benefit and great opportunity for our members to showcase their own engineering experiences, to be highlighted as role models and be active promoters of engineering to women and girls.

She’s an engineer features the career profiles of women from all career stages and backgrounds, but in honour of the 2025 WE50 Nominations now being open – we have highlighted some of our past winners and the achievements that got them recognised.

The theme for the Top 50 Women in Engineering Awards 2025, Together We Engineer, celebrates the collective strength of engineers who unite across disciplines, challenge conventional boundaries, and drive progress through teamwork.
