MentorSET
MentorSET is a free mentoring scheme run by WES to match it’s members with independent mentors who understand the challenges faced on returning to and progressing through work and who can provide support and advice.
MentorSET offers female and male cross-sector independent mentors from around the UK. By joining you can use our specialist software to search for a mentor who has the experience and skills to enable you to reach your milestones. Keep track of goals, schedule meetings and communicate with each other over your twelve-month partnership.
How to join
MentorSET is free to all members, or £120 a year for non-members.

Once your email has been processed you will receive a sign up link to start your journey towards Mentorship. Full guidance will be given on how to find a mentoring partner and get the most out of your mentoring experience.
