Caitlin McCall
Caitlin is a Materials and Manufacturing Engineer at Swansea University where she is working towards her Engineering Doctorate in printed electronics for flexible packaging. She is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is a Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
She graduated in 2016 with a First-Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering. She has over 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering as well as experience of working in numerous engineering fields including printed electronics, mass manufacturing, medical engineering and defence. Through her experiences with the Army Reserves, she has achieved an additional qualification in Leadership and Management with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Caitlin is passionate about developing others and supporting her community. She regularly promotes engineering as a STEM ambassador, is a WES Wales member and is Vice-President trustee for a local charity called Discovery SVS.
Moryse McInniss
Moryse graduated with a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Hull. She joined National Grid on the graduate scheme, where she worked on various workstreams including aiding in the development of a Net Zero Strategy for Gas Transmission. She now works as an Operational Strategy Engineer, this work involves identifying operational risks on the National Transmission System and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Moryse is passionate about promoting engineering to the younger generation and supporting young people at the start of their careers, she currently mentors for Grid for Good a flagship energy industry programme that aims to positively impact socio-economically disadvantaged young people.
Isabella Curtis
Isabella completed her MEng with a 1st in Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick in July 2020. During her time at university, Isabella was heavily involved with Warwick’s Engineering Society. In 2018/19, she was elected to the Exec Team as Outreach Officer, where she organised and ran a range of events to promote engineering. One of her favourites was building newspaper towers and an aluminium foil circuit to power a LED at the top of the tower with a group of Brownies. She completed internships at High Speed 2 Ltd, Tesla (California) and Hyundai (Germany) to explore engineering and develop her skills. She is excited to be joining the Engineering Graduate scheme at Boeing UK and she is looking forward to sharing her passion for engineering to inspire others.
Kate Mactear

Kate Studied Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University. She is currently on the BAE Systems Graduate scheme and is a STEM ambassador
Kim Everitt
Kim Everitt’s passion lies in the automotive industry. She has worked for F1 teams, trained to be a Demo-lap driver, and currently works at Ballard UK as a Test and development Engineer for Hydrogen vehicles. As part of the Early Careers Board, Kim enjoys promoting engineering through social media and has run many successful campaigns.
Charlotte McMain
Charlotte works at Procter & Gamble as an Engineering Manager responsible for mechanical aspects of new equipment design and maintenance of existing equipment. She’s had the exciting opportunity to work both in the UK and in Boston, Massachusetts. Charlotte is enthusiastic about being a role model and connecting women in engineering.
Stephanie Jones
Steph graduated from the University of Southampton with a First Class MEng in Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2013. During her student days she was an Officer Cadet and then, in her final year, she became one of the three Senior Students of the Southampton University Air Squadron (RAFVR). With the Squadron she was lucky enough to learn to fly, which really put into context the theory she was learning in lectures.
Steph considers herself lucky to have worked in a number of aerospace fields and teams. These include; supporting in-service aircraft landing gear, developing and testing new aircrew equipment, and working as a system designer and planning the test programme for the core engine demonstrator for SABRE. Her current role is split between helping to lead one of the Reaction Engines flagship ‘sprints’ aimed at demonstrating how SABRE- derived technology can enable zero-carbon propulsion solutions, and understanding regulatory requirements for novel heat exchangers to be used in aviation.
Steph has been involved in Outreach activities throughout her career and is actively a member of Reaction Engines’ Diversity and Inclusion team.
