The Iron Lady, is an all-female, bespoke metal fabrication business nestled in the Sussex National Park, run by the metalworking duo, Natalie & Georgie. The workshop boasts traditional metalworking machinery, tools and a specially dedicated course area with 6 college style welding bays to teach welding. Georgie and Natalie, both coded welders, want to spread their love of metals by offering tailored metalwork courses in a supportive environment. Our aim is to encourage people of all walks of life to engage in metalwork, either to provide an escape from their daily lives, or to introduce them into engineering, fabrication and welding as a possible career.
