The Women’s Engineering Society

Inspiring Women in Engineering since 1919
The Women’s Engineering Society is a charity and a professional network of women engineers. Our mission is to support women in engineering to fulfil their potential, and support the Engineering industry to be inclusive. We inspire women to achieve their potential as engineers, scientists, and technical leaders. To make this happen, we support educators, managers, and employers to create an inclusive industry.

Together, we encourage more gender diversity in engineering to solve the biggest societal issues of our time.

The WES Annual Conference will be held on the 29 – 30 April in Birmingham.

Under the theme of Enhanced by Engineering this is a great opportunity to learn and network.

Join us and become part of the largest network of women engineers in the UK.
