Company partners: As one of a select number of company partners, you would directly connect with over 1,000 engineering students and graduates across all specialisms and increase your organisation’s visibility. You would also have access to flexible volunteering options, allowing your team to share insights and connect with emerging talent.

Mentors: If you would like to participate as an individual, an invaluable aspect of the GEEP is the opportunity for students to be mentored by a professional from the engineering industry. As a mentor, you will provide six 1:1 mentoring sessions for a GEEP student on topics related to career development in engineering between November 2024 and July 2025. You will receive full training before taking part.

Applications are open until Friday 11 October 2024.
