WES Annual Report and AGM

The Society is a Registered Charity, number 1008913, and a company limited by guarantee, not having share capital, registered under the Companies Act.

The principal activities of the Society are to promote the education of women in engineering sciences and other skills, to better fit women for the practice of engineering and to advance the education of the public concerning the study and practice of engineering among women.

The activities of the Society are monitored, authorized and, in many instances, instigated by the Executive committee and Council which have held four formal meetings during the year.

Membership represents all disciplines of the profession.
